Products inside the POS looks all the same.
How can we differentiate and capture the customer’s attention while explaining the features?
This project aimed to redefine how product features could be presented at the point of sale, increasing visibility and transforming customer engagement through technology-driven experiences.
In partnership with Hotpoint, we co-defined a new strategic approach to in-store product presentation, inaugurating a dedicated stream of work focused on making appliances more spectacular, understandable, and engaging through the use of advanced technologies. This collaboration marked the birth of a new in-store category later referred to as “technological demonstrators.”

A long-term transformation journey that continues today across stores in Europe
What began as an experimental initiative evolved into a scalable and repeatable retail strategy applied in EMEA.
My role in the project was to conceive, design, and validate the feasibility of technological demonstrators across multiple product categories, including ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, cooktops, dryers, and several small domestic appliances.
The project involved the development of holographic displays, in-store augmented reality experiences, projection mapping installations, transparent screens, and custom interactive devices powered by Arduino, setting a new benchmark for experiential retail and product storytelling at the point of sale.
